Returns Policy
All books and photographs are carefully inspected and packaged for shipping to protect the item. You may return any book which arrives defective (pages missing or cover damaged). Photographs may be returned if the wrong size or image is delivered.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you. For U. S. orders, books are shipped the day after an order is received. Most items are shipped U. S. Postal Service FIRST CLASS mail. When the item is given to the post office, you will receive an email giving you an alert. Photographs are custom printed for each order. It takes one week for the photo lab to print the photo, it is then inspected and documented with a special number, cataloged, and signed by the photographer. You can expect to have the photo within two weeks of ordering.
Shipping by other carriers than the USPS is available. Contact Us for special handling.
